Strategy

Note: I am against the practice of strategy and strongly in favor of the practice of an Agentic Framework. Why? We need to be focus on the goals, we need to be able to refor-mulate our actions, we need reflection, etc.

Guiding Questions:

  • What is the linguistics of the term strategy?
  • What is the origin of the term?
  • What does the term denote? What does it represent or encode?
  • What is the meaning variance? How consistent is the term’s denotation?
  • What is the nature of the term? Does it have agentic and/or descriptive connotations?
  • How can we evaluate the correctness of the term’s use in a given context?
  • Which other terms can be used in place of / alongside / instead of 'strategy'?
  • Attribution - Description Can we infer the strategy of others? How can we evaluate these inferences, and what are the limits of such attributions?
  • How can we identify a strategy?
  • What time horizon does it address?
  • Can different underlying strategies over the long term generate the same observable pattern?
  • What other questions should we ask when analyzing strategy?
  • Which are the types of affimations that can be said about an strategy?

  • How does codec negotiation happen between BlueZ and PulseAudio/PipeWire?

  • Are there multiple audio profiles (A2DP/HSP) being switched dynamically?
  • How do suspend/resume or power-saving modes affect streaming stability?
  • How does the system handle simultaneous multi-device audio routing?
  • What is the effect of user-space buffer size and scheduling on latency?
